Yes! We often can offer same-day service, especially for urgent issues like refrigerators not cooling or washers flooding. We prioritize emergency calls and work to accommodate urgent needs whenever possible.

Our diagnostic fee is $79-$89 depending on the appliance type. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. We'll always provide a complete quote before starting any work, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
Repair costs vary depending on the issue and parts needed—from simple $99 fixes to more complex $300-$450 repairs. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Absolutely. All our repair work is backed by our 90-day service warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge.
Parts we install are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which is typically 30 days to 1 year depending on the part.

Yes, we need adult access to your home and the appliance. If you need to leave, please ensure someone else over 18 is present. We'll work around your schedule as much as possible.
We respect your home—our technicians are careful, clean, and will leave the work area as tidy as they found it.
We can certainly diagnose and attempt the repair, but if your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend contacting them first. Many manufacturers require authorized service providers for warranty work.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due at the time of service.
We do not offer financing options at this time.
We focus exclusively on repair services. We don't sell new appliances, but we're happy to give you honest advice about whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your situation.
Sometimes a repair isn't cost-effective, and we'll tell you that straight up. Our goal is to save you money, not sell you something you don't need.
Most repairs are completed in 1-2 hours. Simple repairs like belt replacements or switch fixes can often be done in under an hour. More complex repairs like compressor replacement may take 2-4 hours.
We carry common parts on our service vehicles, but if a special part is needed, we may need to order it—adding a day or two to the timeline.
