1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 90-day service warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of our service, we will return and correct the problem at no additional charge.
2. Diagnostic Fee Policy
The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable as it covers our technician's time and expertise.
3. Parts Returns
Parts installed as part of a repair are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 30 days to 1 year). Defective parts may be eligible for replacement through the manufacturer. Contact us for assistance with part warranty claims.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover our technician's time.
5. Payment Refunds
Payment for services is due at the time of service completion. If you believe you were charged in error or have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 30 days to discuss resolution.
